1. Data Controller
MK Analyzer, accessible at mkanalyzer.com, app.mkanalyzer.com, and via the Chrome extension, is the controller of your personal data as defined by the GDPR (EU) and LGPD (Brazil).

2. Data We Collect
Account data: name, email, and password (encrypted). This data is necessary to create and maintain your account.
Usage data: products analyzed, marketplaces visited, features used. We use this data to improve the service and personalize your experience.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system. Automatically collected for security and diagnostics.
Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store credit card data on our servers.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
The Chrome extension does not access: marketplace passwords, banking information, browsing history outside supported marketplaces, personal information of buyers, or your sales/revenue data on the marketplace.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data based on: (a) Consent — when you create your account; (b) Contract performance — to provide the contracted service; (c) Legitimate interest — for service improvements and security.
5. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used exclusively for: providing the contracted service, account authentication and security, service communications (updates, configured alerts), improvements and personalization, compliance with legal obligations.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Railway (hosting — data encrypted in transit and at rest), Vercel (frontend hosting — no personal data), Cloudflare (CDN and security). All partners comply with international security standards.
7. Security
We implement: TLS 1.3 encryption on all communications, bcrypt password hashing (never stored in plain text), JWT tokens with expiration and secure refresh, restricted server access via SSH keys, encrypted backups.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: confirmation of data processing, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or blocking of unnecessary data, data portability, data deletion (except for legal obligations), consent withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, email privacy@mkanalyzer.com. We will respond within 15 days (LGPD) or 30 days (GDPR).
9. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except when required for legal obligations (up to 5 years for tax records).
10. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and service operation. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Chrome extension does not use cookies.
11. Children
MK Analyzer is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we identify data from minors, it will be deleted immediately.
12. Changes
Changes to this policy will be communicated by email with 30 days' notice. The most recent version will always be available at mkanalyzer.com/en/privacidade.
13. Contact & Supervisory Authority
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your local data protection authority or the Brazilian ANPD at gov.br/anpd.
