1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MK Analyzer ("Service"), including the Chrome extension, website (mkanalyzer.com), and dashboard (app.mkanalyzer.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MK Analyzer is a competitive intelligence tool for marketplace sellers that provides product analysis, opportunity scoring, margin calculation, sales estimates, and competition analysis across 28 marketplaces.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MK Analyzer is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
4. Plans and Payment
The Service offers a FREE plan and a paid PRO plan. The PRO plan is billed monthly or annually as chosen. Prices may be changed with 30 days' prior notice. Payment is processed via Stripe (credit card) with PCI-DSS security.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation can be done at any time through the dashboard. For annual plans, we offer a full refund guarantee within the first 7 days. After that period, access continues until the end of the paid period, with no prorated refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) reverse engineer the code; (d) use bots or automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal use; (e) resell or redistribute obtained data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and algorithms of MK Analyzer are the exclusive property of its creators. The license of use is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the active subscription period.
8. Limitation of Liability
Data provided by MK Analyzer are estimates based on publicly available information. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of data, scores, or estimates. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
9. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the District of Belo Horizonte/MG are elected as the venue to settle any disputes.
